Price and Rules

  • House #1 pricing starts at $240.00 per night 
  • House #2 pricing starts at $340.00 per night.
  •  There is a $500.00 refundable deposit per house. 
  • no pet’s allowed. 
  • There is a cleaning fee for house #1 at $150.00 and for house #2 it is $250.00 and both are non refundable. 
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the homes.
  • No Parties and Loud Music will be allowed.
  • If you cancel with 48 hours or less of notice, you will receive a refund less a one day rental fee.
